Last week was national volunteer week and our students required 15 service hours were due on April 15. Our students completed a total of 7,123 hours this school year! That is an average of 26 hours per student. These hours were completed at over 110 different sites. Of those 110 sites, seven were international (seven sites in five other countries) and another seven were out of state. We welcome you to click this interactive map to see where they were completed!

Students can now begin to complete and log their service hours for the 2018-2019 school year (15 hours will be due on April 15, 2019). All hours must be completed at a valid non-profit organization, logged online at www.x2vol.com and be approved by an employee of that organization. Hours to and/or verified by family or friends (ie: babysitting) no longer count. Service hours will be noted as a pass/fail class for no credit the student’s second-semester schedule for next year, and colleges will be able to see this on their transcripts. Students who complete the 15 hours of service will receive a pass for this course.
