Amy Guterman, Strategic Innovation Executive, Design | Salesforce Ignite
Amy believes in the power of design to create positive change in the world. Her career has centered on using design thinking for social impact, tackling challenges that range from reducing violence in Chicago to improving health information systems in low to moderate income countries. Her work has been featured in publications such as FastCo, Wired, and Design Observer and recognized internationally by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Outside of the office, Amy is actively involved in the Chicago design community and serves on the board of AIGA Chicago, a professional association for design. Amy holds a BFA from Washington University in St. Louis in Visual Communication Design.
Pooja Merai, Strategic Innovation Executive | Salesforce Ignite
Pooja is a design strategist who helps organizations create new products and services centered around people. Her career in management consulting taught her the mechanics of how companies function and thrive. Her career in innovation has taught her the importance of putting users first, navigating ambiguity, and cutting to clarity. Solving difficult challenges using the principles of good business and good design is what gets her up in the morning. Pooja holds a BA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Finance and Sociology where she focused her studies on social enterprise and organizational frameworks.

U.S. District Judge Virgina Kendall serves the Northern District of Illinois. Virginia lectures extensively both domestically and internationally (including the Vatican) on human trafficking and crimes against women and children. She is the co-author of Child Exploitation and Trafficking: Examining the Global Challenges and the U.S. Responses. Virginia has traveled to Kenya, Zambia, Liberia and Cyprus, to teach judges about public corruption, crimes against women and human trafficking.
Sally Blount is an internationally recognized thought leader in management and negotiation, as well as a high impact C-suite executive, simultaneously leading a top 10 global business school and serving on a Fortune 200 Board of Directors. Dynamic, decisive, strategic and savvy, Sally Blount is a rare combination – a big thinker and an effective operator.
Blount was named dean of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2010. She is a director at Abbott Laboratories. She serves on the advisory boards for the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society Program, Indian School of Business, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Business School, and Fundacao Dom Cabral in Brazil. Blount was also the co-chair for the World Economic Forum on Latin America in 2012. She has been featured in top news outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Forbes, The Economist, Bloomberg Businessweek, Fortune and MSNBC.

Kelly is the owner of fashion emporium Neapolitan. She is a Edgebrook native and a Kellogg MBA. Under her leadership, her store has quadrupled in size and sales have grown 2000 percent since 2003. She was featured in Crain’s Chicago Business in October 2016.

John J. Brennan is chairman emeritus and senior advisor of Vanguard. Mr. Brennan joined Vanguard in July 1982. He was elected president in 1989, served as chief executive officer from 1996 to 2008, and chairman of the board from 1998 to 2009.
Mr. Brennan is a director of General Electric Company, LPL Financial, Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, and American Express Company; chairman of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA); chairman of the board of trustees of the University of Notre Dame; a founding trustee of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST); chairman of Vanguard Charitable; and a member of the Pennsylvania Early Learning Investment Commission.
Mr. Brennan graduated from Dartmouth College and earned a Master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School. He has received honorary degrees from Curry College and Drexel University.
