2017 Date to be Announced

Regina Dominican’s 27th annual Black and White Dinner Auction will take place on Saturday, March 4 at Misericordia Home. The Black and White is the school’s biggest fundraiser of the year.

2016 Event

On March 5, the school celebrated as over 370 alumnae, current parents, graduate parents, faculty, and friends of Regina Dominican rallied together and raised more than $340,000 towards scholarships and academic programs.

The evening began when Nancy and Michael Pins of Glenview were awarded the Regina Caeli Award, which recognizes outstanding members of the school community for their sustaining support and constant dedication to the school mission.

The celebration continued with a live auction and “Raise the Paddle” in which attendees donated to the scholarship fund.

In her address to attendees, current student Linnette Maliakal ’16 reflected on her high school experience. “Whenever people ask me where I attend high school, I cannot help but immediately and proudly respond, with a smile on my face, ‘Regina Dominican.’ The close-knit community of faculty and students is just one of the reasons why Regina is so rewarding.”

Maliakal continued by thanking Regina Dominican’s donors for providing an affordable college preparatory education. “My parents highly value a Catholic education. Because of donors like you, sitting in the audience tonight, they have been able to send their daughters to Catholic schools.”

The night was truly a celebration of Regina Dominican’s mission to educate and prepare young women for college and beyond.
