Sophomore Laura Strenk Competes at State Level in Tennis
Congratulations to sophomore Laura Strenk for qualifying and competing in the IHSA’s state tournament. Laura has had a tremendous varsity season this year, winning all of her single’s matches. We gathered as a community on Wednesday, October 17 and cheered her on as she ran through the halls on her way to the tournament. A formidable opponent to the very end, she was only defeated in a tie-breaking set after advancing to day two of the state tournament — and through it all she made all Panthers proud! Laura comes from a long line of Regina women, her mother Nancy and four sisters are all alumnae.
