Special Events

Throughout the year, the Advancement Team takes part in hosting many events that are both fundraising and friendraising opportunities.  These events celebrate the community and family that is Regina Dominican and also help to financially fund the school.  These events are made possible by Grace Schatz, Special Event Coordinator and the volunteers of the Parents Association.

President's Welcome Liturgy

The President's Welcome Liturgy is an event hosted by the President to welcome the parents of Regina to the start of a new year.  The liturgy is held on a Sunday early in the academic year. We encourage all parents to attend.  It is a wonderful opportunity to get to know the President, the Board of Directors and other school families.

 

Friends of Regina Luncheon

The Friends of Regina Lunch is a wonderful event held in early December.  The lunch is an opportunity for mothers of Alumnae to get together and celebrate Regina Dominican.  This is also a chance for these wonderful ambassadors of Regina Dominican to bring friends into the Regina Community.  
 

Annual Dinner Auction

Reginaval is an fun evening of dining and bidding!  It is Regina's largest fundraising event of the year and a great chance for the entire Regina Dominican Family to join together to celebrate the mission of our school and all the young women of Regina.  This great event raises over $150,000 for the school through the generous participation of parents, graduate parents, alumnae and friends!  It is held in late February or early March.
